Intima provides calendar, scheduling, task, reminder, and collaboration tools, including optional paid subscription features.
Features may change over time as we improve the service, security, reliability, and product experience.

Your use of Intima is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Intima or interfere with its operation. Prohibited activity includes unlawful use, unauthorized access attempts, abusive behavior, uploading malicious code, or disrupting systems or other users.
6. User content
You retain rights to your calendar entries, tasks, notes, and other content. You grant Intima a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate law or third-party rights.
7. Paid features and billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, renewal terms, cancellation options, and applicable app-store or payment-processor terms are presented at purchase.
Full payment card data is handled by the applicable billing provider, not stored by Intima.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the service, maintain security, or comply with legal requirements. Maintenance or outages may temporarily affect availability.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Intima and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using Intima at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, risk to the service, or legal requirements.
