How to request deletion

Email the request.
Use the button on this page or email calendar@intimacalendar.com with the subject "Intima Calendar Account Deletion Request".

Include your account email.
Please send the request from the email address associated with your Intima account when possible. If that is not possible, include enough information for account verification.

Watch for confirmation.
Support may ask you to confirm ownership before deletion is processed. This helps protect accounts from unauthorized deletion requests.
What is deleted
After verification, Intima will delete or de-identify account data and associated personal data where legally and technically possible, including calendar, task, sharing, reminder, and profile data tied to the account.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or operational integrity purposes. Payment records handled by app stores or payment processors may also be subject to their own retention rules.
Private notes
Private notes are stored as encrypted ciphertext. Intima does not store or recover your private-note passphrase.
